When you register, we collect your name, email, phone number, country, broker name, and MT4/MT5 account number. We do not collect your broker password or trading credentials beyond your public account identifier.
We share your account identifier with your selected broker solely to validate competition eligibility and trading results. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized statistics may be shared with sponsor brokers for partnership reporting.
We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and restricted internal access. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deletion requests submitted during an active competition may result in disqualification from that competition.
